VOC’s Systems

We offer modern solutions for the reduction of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and energy recovery systems of Venjakob. Thermal incinerators, regenerative thermal oxidisers , catalytic thermal oxidisers, heat exchangers, adsorption systems based on the rotor of the zeolite bed – basing on specific requirements and expectations of its customers Venjakob applies optimal technology offering the most efficient and economic eco-systems for the printing industry, ink and varnish industry, and others. There are over 300 installed VOC combustion systems, mainly they are applied in web offset printing, flexographic and rotogravure printing processes, varnishing and coating processes where VOC emissions to the atmosphere exceeds the acceptable norms.
Venjakob is engaged in designing and manufacturing systems, it does PLC programming and supports installation, commissioning and services systems - in the plant with an area of approximately 6,000 sq meters it creates complete combustion systems with energy recovery. The company offers also installations and configurations of the systems on special request.
Ferag Polska and Venjakob Umwelttechnik offer solutions to reduce VOC emissions based on a detailed analysis of production processes, site conditions and requirements for optimal alignment of the system to customer needs and improve the economic efficiency of investments to reduce any adverse impact on the environment.
